Worksheets offer a better understanding and hence, students of all grades must practice a good number of worksheets designed for different subjects while moving ahead towards the exam dates. We learn topics and practice some questions mentioned at the end of each chapter and we also solve some old question papers before the exams. But to focus on each chapter thoroughly, we must practice worksheets. It is also stated that solving worksheets is a short cut of learning a chapter and hence, sometimes, it is not that much useful. But in a big scenario, worksheets keep students engaged and allow them to sit and solve some tasks and experience a good study time.

 Kids do not prefer to read the same text again and again and in that respect, solving worksheets after finishing a chapter offers a constructive way of revision. Through a worksheet, students can solve different types of questions whether it is a short or long types and can measure their understanding. However, most worksheets include different short type of questions and the outlook of each document is quite intriguing. Therefore, students, especially the junior class students love to solve worksheets.

 After completing a chapter, teachers usually give worksheets to the students to solve at home and in this way, they want them to revise the learned chapter thoroughly, otherwise, students forget the concepts very soon. In this regard, solving worksheets is beneficial, but when the numbers of worksheets get increased and students do not get time to read the chapters and they only solve worksheets repeatedly, then it becomes monotonous and does not add value to the learning method. However, students must maintain a balance between reading and solving practice materials as reading and writing activities complement each other.

 Worksheets are definitely helpful for the students, but we must remember that reading is the preliminary activity that allows us to know the new things. Therefore, we must concentrate on reading as a sound reading skill is always well-acknowledged. Once you complete a chapter thoroughly, you can move to solving worksheets, but do not take these documents as a shortcut of learning a syllabus.
