A syllabus acts as the most important document for the students as it is the effective learning tool that imparts required information about all important subjects. A well-designed syllabus is an effective study material that guides students throughout the academic session. On the other hand, syllabus is used as a permanent record of academic standard of any educational board. In brief, it represents the academic standard of the boards. Syllabus acts as a contract between the students and instructors. It delineates the functions of the students as well as it guides the instructors while maintaining attendance and evaluating the assignments.
